Ningbo Beilun Huiwang Mould Industrial Co., Ltd was founded in 1992; it is a member unit of backbone enterprises of Chinese Die Casting Mould and one of Chinese largest die casting mould enterprises. The company is located in Beilun District of Ningbo City, adjacent to East China Sea and near to Beilun Port with convenient transportation.
Being a High-tech enterprise, the company is mainly specialized in designing, developing and manufacturing large scale, precision and complex die casting mould with strong R& D capability. The company has more than 30 designers, engineers and technicians (included senior engineers), which accounts for 28% of company personnel. In 2003, the company took the lead in introducing the Flow simulation software from Japan--- ADSTEFAN, in 2013, the German MAGMA software (MAGMA) was introduced, to strengthen the innovation and development ability of enterprise.
 

The company has introduced a batch of high-tech equipments such as: Germany DMG 5-axis Machining Center, Toshiba Large Horizontal Machining Center, wire cutting, gantry grinder and 400-ton spotting machine ; as well as, it has testing equipments such as : metal material metallographic analyzer, metal detector, impact testing machine, large CMM, aluminum material direct reading spectrometer, aluminum material hardness testing .X-ray detector and tensile ?tester from mould manufacturing to sampling . It passed ISO9001 quality system certification at the end of 2003.
The company introduced ERP management software in 2003 and has formed an enterprise internal management system with advanced technology, standard management, perfect function, practical safety and obvious efficiency.
